Nationality and Borders Bill: ILPA’s evidence to the House of Commons Public Bill Committee

A Public Bill Committee of the House of Commons heard evidence on the Nationality and Borders Bill on 23 September 2021. I gave evidence for the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) on the impact and and effect of its provisions, alongside Patricia Durr from Every Child Protected Against Trafficking (ECPAT) and Patrícia Cabral of the European Network on Statelessness (ENS).
